You say you’re a heart-led leader… but you lose all compassion and empathy for another human when you’re in conflict / when you’re certain you’re right & they’re wrong.
You say you’re a heart-led leader… but you villainize humans with different perspectives, life experiences, values, and opinions than yours.
You say you’re a heart-led leader… but you dehumanize people who care about money.
You say you’re a heart-led leader… but you withhold sharing your true emotions and thoughts about someone “because you’re a good person” … while telling every other sally & sue how you feel/think (or writing about it passive aggressively on the internet).
You say you’re a heart-led leader… but you lose your heart when things get hard and use your wounding as an excuse for doing so… while blaming shaming another person for being heartless.
Leading from your heart is… embodying compassion, empathy, connection, love, and integrity… even when (((especially when))) you are in conflict, disagreement, trigger, wounding. Not just when it is easy, convenient, the other person has their heart open too. That’s not leadership. That’s codependence. ❤️🔥
