And fun.
Notice I said *simple* not easy. I’m not looking for the easy way to success. I am, however, always choosing Ease. The path of least resistance. Which comes from choosing… the path of embodiment & creativity & Choice. 🪞
Whenever I am either noticing a bottleneck in my business or am feeling ready for a massive uplevel, I work on me before working on my business. This is how I work with clients too.
Here’s the thing. I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs at different stages of their business, in a wide range of industries over the years, and can with full confidence say that people’s unconscious shit bottlenecks their business more than any strategy does.
Results don’t come from a strategy. They come from how you *execute* a strategy.
There are certainly times that the plan needs work before executing. But 9 times out of 10 the incongruence in results lies in the incongruence of execution.
Ask yourself:
What slows you down from doing what you know you need to do to grow your business? Or the flip-side. What have you been continually doing without intention/paying attention to whether it is actually growing your business or is just glorified busy work?
Where are your emotions getting in the way of seeing neutral information clearly and just handling your shit? Or the flip-side. Where is your lack of emotion keeping you disconnected from the heArt of your work or the humans who receive it?
How many courses about selling do you need to take before you do the basics on a regular basis? Or the flip-side. How many times are you going to “wing it” before getting support from someone who can help you refine and tweak what you’re doing for exponential results?
Who are you Being that’s not congruent with the levels of success you want to experience? How is that impacting what you are doing and the results you are getting?
Answering these Qs ***and then taking action with your answers*** will make you more money than figuring out “the perfect strategy” ever will.
This is embodied business.
Building from the inside out. Becoming fluent in all the ways you bottleneck yourself… so your business “problems” can be actual business problems versus you problems that you story as the algorithm, the strategy, the industry you’re in, the people you’re working with, etc.
