Over the years my coaching practice and courses have organically filled with entrepreneurs seeking my council in alignment, creativity, and leadership. Business conversations have become one of the center-points of my work, but with a unique, true-to-my-heArt flavor. I want to take a moment to expand upon what that is so there is no confusion about what you will find here.

Building a business has transformed my life more intensely, intentionally, and rapidly than any modality or practice I have encountered over two decades of immersive education and experience in the transformational arts. Through my lived experience I have come to see business as a transformational art of its own.

I see business as the ultimate mirror to your unconscious beliefs—about who you are, what you are capable of, how much you can receive, how much you can hold, how much you can be seen and known in your creative expression, how much you know and trust your heArt. What you create reveals your current reality, while what you build creates your future. As you build your business, your business is building you.

I believe there are no rules in business. There are... infinite... ways to do a thing. The popularized ways to do a thing now have only been popularized because one person made it up and it worked well enough that others followed suit. But the question becomes, do you actually want the business the other built? Do you want to live the way the other built? Do you want the lifestyle and relationships and whole picture that comes with this way of doing things or that way of doing things?

This is the second biggest place my work comes into play in business. Supporting you to get really clear about who you are and what you uniquely want and beginning to look to different strategies that support your embodiment and create YOUR dream so you don't fall into the trap of replicating others in desperation for results that are going to wind you up right back where you started, no matter how much. money you make.

I believe you get to be a deeply fulfilled and wildly successful entrepreneur. I believe you get to make a massive income and outrageous impact and be seen and known in the world... for who you truly are. I believe you get to build real wealth on a foundation of real well-being. In all areas of life. This is a different game of business than "do this to get that", "follow my strategy for success!" And. What I have seen from being behind the scenes with hundreds of successful entrepreneurs over the years is: the only ones who really feel successful and fulfilled in life and in business are The Ones Who show up for business in a conscious, intentional, embodied way; in a way where you are willing to look to the deeper currents of who you are and what you want and what you are creating and why. And from this place, choosing the strategies that are a fit.

I am not the coach to hire if you want a quick fix or instant gratification. I am the coach to hire if you want the lifelong transformation that only comes from doing the deep consciousness, embodiment, and creative empowerment work that allows you to choose the correct-for-your-heArt strategies. From someone who is also experienced in working with high performers and earners and is one herself and is well versed in the intricacies of building a business while holding clients while leading a team while stewarding wealth... while living a rich and full AF life.

I see the entrepreneurial path as the ultimate co-creative path; one where you are bringing your visions and dreams into form in a very tangible way, on a daily basis. Because your material needs and desires are "on the line" as you create, the stakes can feel high and fear/ego can (and often does) begin to run the show, which cuts you off from your highest potential of creating in alignment with your soul/energetic signature. (I've seen this carry on for clients making many, many millions of dollars. It's more about their *experience of* safety, survival, belonging, and trust than it is about what they have achieved or acquired.)

THIS is the biggest place my work comes into play in business. Supporting you into the radical Self awareness and honesty and empowerment that is required for you to lead and build through heArt. Especially as you become more successful, more is on the line, more eyes are on you, and fear/ego takes new forms.

Most people build their businesses unconsciously. They are in such a rush to win, to validate their worth, to escape their problems and pain, to try to feel safe in the world... they don't even see how they are compulsively creating from wounds and continuing the wounding that they are trying to escape from. Which is why many business owners wind up either making a bunch of money and wondering "is this really it?" and either continuing on at the expense of their well-being or burning out and dipping out, seeking the next thing to fill the voids within or going on sabbatical to "find themself". Never seeing how the business you are building is the greatest opportunity to begin creating yourself and consciously, intentionally creating the world you want to live in. Building your DREAM. Not another 9-5.

Becoming The One Who
