This pregnancy has required… a lot. The past 5 months have challenged every dimension of my Being as my body and entire life has reoriented to keep these two girls growing.

I’ve been in the hospital for a week now, hooked up to machines, separated from my son (a heartache I don’t know how to put to words), alone for most hours of the day… sitting with the swirl of everything that has been happening circumstantially and emotionally.

It’s intense y’all. The ultimate practice ground. An opportunity to return to all of the tools that helped me design my life now from the 180 it was before. An invitation to practice what I preach, to live what I teach, to more deeply & expensively embody the art of co-creation.

Surrendering to the present circumstances and my full range of feelings about them—*and*—choosing sovereignty in my Being and power to choose the meaning I’m making, without either bypassing or getting lost in the feels.

Feeling the full range of grief, heartache, frustration, fear, and longing that is present in all the layers of what I’m experiencing—*and*—of gratitude to be so loved and supported and held through It All.

Dancing with edges of duality that feel so raw, human, alive; present in the now without losing touch with the bigger picture.

And this is what I desire to share with y’all.

True Power, Choice, Healing, and Co-Creation lives in our capacity to walk with Duality.

Duality = ALL of what is.

Even when what is… blows.

Both circumstantially & in how the circumstances touch our energetic / emotional systems.

How we walk with Life is what creates our life.

Most humans are walking around with little capacity to move with the lows or the highs.

Controlling. Gripping. Powering through the messy and barely feeling the magic. Keeping their range small so they feel safe.

Siphoned off from the depths and heights that make us… human.

I choose another way of Life.

To live fully.

To feel It All.

To choose what I make of It All.

And thus, what It All makes of me.
