Every single one of my 1:1 clients & most of my other clients have been entrepreneurs from the start of my business, 7 years ago.

I’ve worked with entrepreneurs who have made many, many millions over the course of many, many years, some even in many different industries…

And everything in between.

While the surface level of your problems are different at every level of business, the source of them is most often the same—in your relationship to business, to other people, to your big dreams and visions, to your boundaries and standards, to money, to management, to rules, to work ethic, to visibility, and leadership, and so on.

What I know to be true after 7 years of working intimately with entrepreneurs… after years of seeing the legal side of business problems before that (past life lawyer things)… and as a girlie who is a third generation entrepreneur and was raised by a father and grandfather who built big ass companies and grew up seeing the nitty gritty bts of some pretty big shit…

Most business problems are actually people problems.

And.

Businesses are actually easy to build when the person who is building it is deeply embodied in Self AND in the service they are offering (or has created a quality AF product, usually because they’re actually the dream client of that product—a different kind of embodiment).

When you know who you are, what you want, what you stand for, and you are able to see your own limitations and also relate to other humans in a healthy productive way… you can move intentionally and intelligently, you can see and address bottlenecks as they are forming, you can create lasting relationships with clients, you can get epic support from a team who are obsessed with you and the work you do, and on and on and on.

Business seems easier. Because you are present enough to navigate it all with out the hall of projections fkn you up along the way, without the constant ego deaths and burn down to rebuild because you didn’t build from ego to start with, ya get the gist.
