In-joy-ing the flowers on my windowsill, books by my bed, moments of fresh air and sunshine in the hospital courtyard, healthy & nourishing groceries in my mini fridge, FaceTime with my son, texts & calls with loved ones, time spent with cherished visitors && hot meals they bring with them.

Finding beauty in this time with my Self to feel, think, reflect. Holding gratitude in each minute these girls are still cooking inside of my body.

Allowing space for the full spectrum of my feelings to exist — finding beauty in the grief, fear, loneliness just as much as in the love, care, and spaciousness.

Existing with It All. In Love. As Love.

Trusting what is being alchemized, brewed, co-created in this moment of life. Even in the moments I question It All.

It’s easy to share the magic with y’all when things are obviously beautiful. When life looks sexy and business is booming and manifestations are poppin left and right. 2022 was a whole bunch of that for me.

It takes more nuance, depth, and devotion to share the magic and beauty in challenging, confronting, uncertain moments of life. Yet… it feels most important here. 2023 has rocked me to my core. And still, I’ve never felt more free. In love. Alive.
