Letting the hard of life soften you, feeling your way through every texture and flavor of every emotion that arises as you let yourself fully live, letting It All alchemize into more expansive empowered Choice… instead of becoming the reason you can’t choose.
The more you’re able to feel It All without getting hooked into one feeling and attaching a story to it, unconsciously creating more of that tone instead of more of what you want… the more your intelligence and intuition deepens and expands, the more consciously and creatively you are driving your life.
Most people get stuck in trying so hard to “transcend” feelings that they’re bypassing and actually cutting themselves off from Choice… or the opposite polarity… feeling their feelings and *identifying* with them which cuts them off from Choice, instead of letting their body be the instrument they move through, identifying as The Alchemist-The One Who makes gold out of even the heaviest elements.
