Trying to sell the process you’re still halfway through, teaching the thing your teacher just taught you and you haven’t actually implemented, integrated, embodied… and wondering why sales feel hard even though you’re making the content and doing the thing!
Wondering why you’re operating in a constant cycle of ego death drama with your offerings and telling yourself this is just part of business… when really…
This is just an immature way to lead yourself in business. And those of us who have matured… feel you. And aren’t going to hire you. You’ll make some sales and help some people from where they are to where you are… but it won’t pour in and the people who join won’t be the humans you dream of supporting.
What if – you would get exponential results by creating offerings about something you have genuinely experienced, integrated, and embodied. (You can. And you will.)
Something you are so grounded in, you could talk about it til the cows come home without needing to research something.
Which doesn’t mean that’s how you’ll teach or lead … being smart and strategic with curriculum design and planning instead of just riffing for hours is wise.
But so is having the embodiment nailed first.
Which requires the maturity to ride a process out, to really inner-stand the learnings before you position yourself as a teacher of the topic, to practice restraint even though it’s exciting and fun right now, trusting that it will land more deeply once you have landed more deeply.
Deep roots are required to grow to great heights… and stay there. To withstand the inevitable storms of life, rather than to be knocked over by every passing wind (trend, troll, biz low, personal challenge, etc.)
