For some people, putting more focus on energetics and embodiment and alignment and magnetism = 🚀. For others, it spins them out into a frazzled hole in the ground.
For some people, putting more focus on strategy and discipline and productivity and consistency =🚀! For others, it burns them to a crisp and leaves them feeling lost & exhausted & out of touch with their Soul.
(1) Do you already have an epic work ethic? You have no problem getting shit done. You learn, you execute. You’re disciplined, you’re devoted; you’ve got drive. You Go For It.
But… you push yourself beyond capacity in a nonproductive way. You get caught up in the metrics, strategy & mental chatter of figuring everything out. You lose YOU in your work. The wins you’re getting don’t feel as fulfilling as they could. You don’t feel as nourished or resourced as you could. You’re stretched thin. Other areas of your life are compromised. And… you realize you’re at a bottleneck in your results… and YOU are that bottleneck. Creativity is zapped. You’re running on fumes, validation, ego.
Focusing on energetics and embodiment will Change. The. Game.
Learning to slow down, to attune to the rhythms of your nervous system (your nature) and see where you’re operating from hijack v intuition/ intelligence, to focus more on potency and less on productivity (you’ve already got the latter down, now it’s time to do less and get more), to focus more on your personal life & relationships, fueling your heArt and Soul… which will inevitably fuel your work.
(2) Or.
If you’re the flip… you learn learn learn but don’t execute. You question your work ethic. You focus on “nervous system regulation” so much that you aren’t doing anything that “makes you dysregulated”… therefore… never getting to the action and growth that only happens outside of what *feels* safe/comfortable. If you’re strategy flip flopping every 5 days because *it’s not working yet, it must not be aligned*. If you’re looking to energetics and embodiment to solve the puzzle of every result you’re getting and not looking to the fact that you aren’t actually doing what needs to be done…
Your growth edge is to MOVE. Take action. Choose a strategy and stick to it… I’m talking for 6 mo – a year MINIMUM. Refine your skillsets and work ethic and consistency. Put a little hustle in your step. And you’ll take off.
(3) OR.
If you’ve mastered 1&2 … but have built your entire business off of your energy & embodiment. If you were to lean back a little bit, the whole thing would fall apart… it’s time to refine both. To get more strategic, intentional, and evolve your team/operations/strategy. To step into big business energy & make smart CEO moves.
